Comfortable bed, brilliant shower, Harbourside location and friendly staff
A little noisy at night from neighbouring bars

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
Would have appreciated a lift / elevator, but that can't be helped!

Beautiful views of the bay
Some staff lacked warmth because they were jaded and overworked; the pool is postage stamp sized; pool towels unavailable in-house and had to be sourced elsewhere
