About this apartment rental
This well located, fully air-conditioned, holiday apartment with its sea views is very close to amenities and is near to one of the best beaches Estepona has to offer - Playa del Cristo - or Bahía del Cristo as it is sometimes known, it has very shallow water, soft sand and there are two chiringuitos here offering food and drinks during the day. The property is located within the front line community of Residencial Puerto Estepona and is just a seven or eight minute walk to Estepona marina. Here you’ll find supermarkets, a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. A little further on is the beach of Playa la Rada, again with its beach bars selling drinks, food and offering sun loungers and parasol hire. Walking further along the Paseo Marítimo (or promenade) you’ll come to the traditional old town of Estepona with its pretty squares and cobbled streets. Inside the well appointed apartment, you’ll find the fully fitted kitchen with washing machine next to the dining area for four, and then the lounge area with its two comfortable sofas, flat screen television with an international streaming package with premium channels and high-speed fibre optic internet access. The good size balcony has a dining area for four guests and the views towards the Mediterranean sea and Estepona harbour, with its yacht and pleasure craft. You can take boat excursions from here too. The bedroom offers a king size bed with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, hand basin, bidet and WC. The complex has two swimming pools - which are fenced for security – a large general pool and next to it a shallower children’s pool. From the pools you have direct views over the harbour towards Gibraltar and the Mediterranean. Car hire is definitely not required with this property as everything is so close.

Todo perfecto, el alojamiento se corresponde con las fotos. Buenas vistas al puerto deportivo, cerca de zonas para tomar algo y del supermercado. A pocos minutos a pie de dos playas.
Urbanización muy tranquila.
