Il nostro soggiorno presso l’Hotel Concordia di Livigno è stato semplicemente perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista! Dall’accoglienza ai servizi, dalla camera alla spa, fino alla colazione: tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, con una qualità e un’attenzione al cliente davvero rare.
Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff della reception e, in particolare, a Claire, che con grande gentilezza e professionalità ci ha permesso di effettuare il check-in nonostante il nostro arrivo in tarda notte, oltre l’orario previsto. Un’accoglienza che fa davvero la differenza!
Molto comodo il parcheggio gratuito incluso nel soggiorno, un valore aggiunto tutt’altro che trascurabile, considerando che l’hotel si trova in pieno centro, su una via soggetta a ZTL. Avere il parcheggio a disposizione è un vantaggio enorme.
La camera al secondo piano era bellissima, spaziosa e confortevole, con un comodissimo letto king-size e un bagno dotato di una doccia enorme. Non mancava assolutamente nulla: dal cocktail di benvenuto ai cioccolatini in camera, fino all’acqua sempre a disposizione. Anche i dettagli più piccoli sono stati curati con attenzione. Teli, accappatoi e ciabattine per la spa erano sempre puliti e profumati, segno di una grande cura per l’igiene e il comfort degli ospiti.
Una menzione speciale anche per il servizio lavanderia: abbiamo ricevuto i nostri capi lavati e puliti in pochissime ore, un servizio davvero efficiente e apprezzatissimo.
La spa è un altro punto di forza della struttura: bagno turco, sauna e piscina riscaldata, sia interna che esterna, perfetti per rilassarsi e godersi appieno il soggiorno.
E che dire della colazione? Impeccabile! Un buffet ricchissimo, con tantissime varietà di torte e dolci, oltre a un’ampia scelta di prodotti salati: salumi e formaggi nostrani, polpette, bacon, pane caldo e molto altro. Ma ciò che ci ha colpito particolarmente è stato il personale: sempre preparato, attento e pronto ad accoglierci ogni mattina con il sorriso.

I have booked 2 superior double rooms. I gave the person in the reception the Booking.com confirmation saying the rooms I booked.
After some time he gave me the keys to the 2 rooms. as I enter the room I found that it is not a superior. I returned to the person in the reception and told him that the room I got is not superior he asked me to show him my confirmation from Booking. Than he said that he apologize for the mistake and changed the room.
This should not happen in 4 Star hotel.
Also I booked the rooms with dinner which was not good.
