the facilities were great in this spacious apartment with a washing machine, a small drying rack, a small kitchenette - we had everything we needed to be comfortable. the apartment was clean on arrival with a sweeping brush available to keep it clean throughout our stay. the location was great, with a few min walk from the san andres beach, a local carrefour shop for grocieries and a bakery as well as convenience shops and some restaurants nearby. about a 40min walk to malaga city centre, which could be done through the city streets or along the port - a nice way to get to know the city a little. about 20 min walk from the bus station, which allowed us to visit the beautiful caves in Nerja. it was a very affordable stay
the only thing that affected our comfort was the noise due to the nature of the apartment, the doors on it are quite thin so it was easy to be woken up by anyone walking through the building and talking - if you are a light sleeper i would recommend ear plugs to help with sleep. also the beds are quite hard, not a negative thing but good to be aware of

The apartment was great, very clean and comfortable, and just a short walk from the beach. I especially loved the location in Huelin, one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Málaga.
Everything was great overall. The only small thing missing was beach loungers that guests could take to the beach. There was a beach umbrella, which was useful, but having loungers as well would have been perfect.

It was very close to the beach, supermarkets and fine restaurants nearby (La Güerta, located next door - very good food). Also, bus stations very close on La Hoz and Heroe de Sostoa for reaching the center. The apartment has all facilities, ideal to stay for longer periods, like we did.
The bathroom sink was too small, and when we use it, water splashes around.

Very close to the beach, 4 min walk apart tops and big terrace, from which you have a glimpse of the sea. Air-conditioning, boiler work perfectly. Mercadona is in 5 min walk. The fact that it's a self check - in and out is very convinient, I only wish those doors with electronic codes would work unproblematic during my stay.
0 respect for my privacy and space. The owners couldn't access those code doors online and decided they can just show up without an appointment, and walk inside because i didn't open the door right away - i was sleeping. So you could be naked after the shower, sleeping or sitting on a toilet - they won't care, they will walk in on you and not even apologize.
Plus thin walls so you can hear everything from other apartments and neighborhood. Wifi was non-existent. Strange chemical smell that other guests mentioned I've noticed too. Short on kitchen utensils.
