The whole booking in process was so easy. You get full details to access the hotel, including external door and room codes. The room was bright and spacious, with a very calming decor. The bed was super comfortable too. There is an internal access point to get to the cafe for breakfast in the morning and the food was delicious. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a great stay
The bedroom has a full length mirror but it wasn't in a great place and there were no plug sockets near the mirror which made for styling your hair difficult. There was no way to control the heating, as it seemed to come on a specific times and as we had very wet clothes, it would have been helpful to turn on the heating in as we arrived from our very wet walk

The location of this property is absolutely stunning. We had a view of the river from our window, which was so therapeutic. The location was also perfectly central and a stones throw away from main streets and attractions. The cafe and breakfast were cosy and tasty. Staff were so helpful, friendly and kind. We adored everything about our stay, we just wish it was longer!

Location was central
Room was tired looking with marks on walls, toilet was dirty when we arrived. Shower was tiny and water temperature was intermittent
