Spacious, clean and quiet property

Spacious and clean property. Quiet surrounding area with shops within walking distance. Kevin was a great host, very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. Thank you!

8 / 10

Overall was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Kevin is very friendly and hospitable, and we also appreciated the strong AC and comfortable beds after hot days out getting work done. The giant stove and 2 fridges are also a plus for long term stays.

Kitchen could be better stocked with dishes. Could only find 1 plate, no bowls. But maybe it gets stocked better for longer stays.

Welcoming but not clean.

The communication and the hospitable owner. Kind and friendly

I didn't like the cleanliness of the establishment A bit of dusting and cleaning is needed. Couches should be vacuum cleaned as well. Also if nothing else is provided for visitors at least a few bottles of water in the refrigerator would be appreciated. The host was very kind, welcoming and pleasant which was amazing. Communicating with him was top tier. However cleaning would take things to a higher level. Upgrading some of the furniture would also be an asset. I say this with love and respect.

not much to like really 😕, however Kevin was nice and friendly and helped with showing the way as we didn't manage to find the place led by google or waze

it is a very much improvised facility, cleanliness was also an issue
