The apartment is well laid out with privacy in the bedrooms from the living area. Very clean & well cared for and very quiet. The kitchen has everything to prepare light meals with olive oil, S&P, vinegar, sugar tea/coffee and a water filter. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Laundry facilities were great with real dryers! The staff carried our bags up/down the three flight of stairs, which was very helpful. There was excellent communication/response to any questions. Service was fabulous. Very nice wine bars and restaurants are steps away. Location is perfect for seeing the sights in Porto. This is a great place to spend a few days.
The bathrooms need towel racks and a shower caddy or shelf for personal items. One bedroom lacked shelves/dresser - should add to one side of the closet. Also, because of the layout of one bedroom it is difficult to get around the bed. The mattress was a bit too firm - could add a foam topper for comfort. There is no elevator so it is not a place for people who can't climb a lot of stairs.

Loved the location and the apartment in general. We stayed on the third floor and were aware there is not a lift when we booked. The apartment was very well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. Cute little terrace. Fatima was available if we had any questions. Would return and had the perfect stay in Porto.

Everything. Even prior to arrival I had excellent communication from the host. She meet us on arrival at the reception area, kindly assisted with our bags to the room. The room/s were amazing and so clean. We had water, coffee and little biscuits set up for us. Just small things that made a huge difference. The service was with a smile and it felt so homely, safe and clean.
