Location, facilities, bedrooms, cleanliness , and of course the parking!!
Matt was very helpful, and readily available to chat before and during my stay.
Nothing.

The location was very good and there was plenty of space in the apartment. Having parking so close to the centre of Dartmouth was very convenient.
10 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026
Its location was perfect, local shops, restaurants and general access to services. The property was clean and tidy, great having the parking space.
Nothing really wrong. The front door lock was a bit tricky may need a bit of attention.

Well placed for the food festival with a very caring and thoughtful host
Very steep stairs and no stair rail to get up the stairs to the bedrooms. The property is in need of a deep clean. And bath mats need to be available both in the shower and for stepping out of the shower. More than one tea towel needs to be available for any stay along with more than only one loo roll. The bathroom waste bin is very rusty and the bathroom door needs repair at the bottom of the door Lack of heating in the kitchen meant the oven had to be switched on to keep warm.
The foam for the sofa bed needs to be double in depth to make it comfortable
