We loved the service. Staff members were so friendly and made us feel welcome all the time. Breakfast was really good, enough options to choose from. Location was great, literally next to exit 1Cb Ikebukuro Station. Facilities fantastic, the onsen was a great experience and the free afternoon drinks was an amazing bonus 😀

location, room size, cleanliness and welcoming staff.
Bathroom's size was smaller than other hotels with similar price in Tokyo. I have booked a double room for a single person that was ok but the bathroom was too small for a 6' man.

We enjoyed the onsen and the fact breakfast was included. In Ikebukuro the location was pretty decent.
The room was tiny. Oddly, the bed had only one pillow with a weird filling of 'little balls'. When we asked for a second pillow the hotel said they had none. Also, the bathroom had a very high step down into the room, which was uncomfortable and arguably unsafe.
