Location, friendly welcome, great breakfast and cleanliness.
Room on the small side but fine for short stay.

A wonderful stay at Dear Lisbon! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful—always ready to assist and make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Lisbon’s sights. Thank you for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!

Dear Lisbon Charming House I just that ! Absolutely charming!
The staff were lovely and keen to help especially Rafael who gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and the wonderful Fado night at Severe. Nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you Dear Lisbon hopefully we’ll be back.

Staff were very nice.
Room was very different from the rooms in the pictures. Actually, it did not correspond to any pictures. Floor and paint in not great condition. Heating / airco with problems. Wifi did not work in the room and I had to work from there.
We "complained" and were told they were full and could only give us a smaller room at another hotel.
