Location, off-road parking, value for money
The apartment was on two levels with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. This was difficult for my wife who has mobility problems. The property description should make this clear.

"Proximity to the beach, clean apartment, spacious balcony with a beach view. Overall a good apartment for a group of 3-4 people."
