We stayed here 2 nights and then 1 extra night at the end of our trip. Location is perfect near the plaza, bars and restaurants. We felt safe walking around even late at night. The hotel itself was clean and looked decent. I liked that we had parking. The breakfast was ok. Service from valet, restaurant staff, front desk, housekeeping all were amazing and very helpful. We got locked out of our room at 2 am and they quickly resolved it.
The parking lot is not big, so i don't know if they could have handled many more. The room was very small. The bedroom door was broken. One or 2 power outlets did not work. There was no power outlet close to the bed to charge phone.

We were upgraded for free to the Suite Caribe, which was sensational! The breakfast buffet was tasty and had everything you would be looking for! The staff was very helpful! The food in the restaurant great quality!

I thoroughly enjoyed the food. The staff was amazing and the location in the colonial Zone was great
I did not like the room size in the room could have been more clean

Good location friendly staff nice breakfasts
No hot water which is a basic. Also whoever positioned the power outlets in my room was not using their brain. None beside the bed but in really awkward places so charging devices was challenging
