The location was perfect for everything San Antonio
Unfortunately our room 112 was right next to the lift which is going up and down all night...
The first night it sounded like a table was being dragged across the floor above us, I asked to be moved, the receptionist told me they were aware of the situation and a lift engineer had been called. If it was still noisy the next night they would move us.
The next night was peaceful, apart from a noise of the lift doors opening on our level...
Noticeable but not like before..
The staff were very good and helpful..
The roof bar and pool were amazing..
