Breakfast was very good as was location. Room was ok but bed / mattress a bit hard
No kettle in the room so had to ask for one which was quickly provided.
The lifts had been worked on and the exit on floor two was not level with the lift and subsequently on the Sunday I tripped up coming out of the lift and fell heavily causing cuts to my knee and elbow. I reported this as I was in some pain and didn’t want other people to suffer the same fate but the engineer came and sorted the problem. Please advise if any compensation for my pain and suffering

Jr. Suite is on 6th Floor but elevator only goes to 5th, so have to walk up down stairs - not a big deal but if I went again I'd just a get a room on lower floor which probably has better view of beach as it's lower.

Location was Excellent. Room with view was lovely.
Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely especially the laundry staff who cleaned my daughters wedding dress after her wedding as the train had got quite dirty. The lady who cleaned it was so helpful. I was really impressed by her and the cleaning staff in general.

Booked a suite and it was a terrible view as could not see anything from balcony due to the huge ledge, we would of been better in a basic room
Property very old and is overdue a refurb

Swimming pool is awful no one uses it
