location is convenient, price is reasonable. When issue came up, staff helped solve right away ( my keetle was not working, inform staff by whastapp, replace right away). They also provide some travel tips which really help. I am very satisfied.

The size of the room was good, it was clean, comfortable bed, hot shower and good water pressure
The laundry facilities were a bonus
Close to metro and shops
Not the hotels issue but for an extra blocks walk there is a grocery story significantly cheaper and more options, then the one next to the hotel

A lovely, quiet neighborhood where you can experience authentic Parisian life, with local bakeries, restaurants, and friendly locals. The apartment is exceptionally clean, safe, and well-equipped, just a 10-minute walk from the metro and with easy access to most attractions. Very friendly staff, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, free laundry facilities, and extra towels and duvets on request. Highly recommended!
Tip: Choose a studio overlooking the inner garden for extra peace and quiet. Also, Nixe Restaurant & Bar is just a few steps away and is open almost 24/7—our go-to spot for late-night dinners and early-morning coffee!
The only downside is that the studio and one-bedroom apartments are a little small, but that’s quite typical of Parisian accommodation.

The apartment was big, it has invidual kitchen which contains coffee machine and microwave and other stuff. The bed was super comfortable, I had very good sleep while staying there.
The bathroom doesn't have dry and wet separation, everywhere got wet after we took shower. The carpet was dirty. We used the washer machine in the room to wash our clothes, but it did a very bad job, it didn't clean so well.
