MODERN APARTMENT WITH FANTASTIC GARDENS AND SWIMMING POOL IN A LUXURY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX – ONLY 5 MINUTES' WALK TO THE BEACH - IN THE HEART OF MORAIRA
Modern apartment in a fantastic luxury urbanisation with communal swimming pool and gardens just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Moraira and its fantastic beaches.
That apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. It is built with the best qualities: it has air conditioning throughout the home, WiFi Internet, satellite TV, electric blinds, fireplace, double safety glazing on all windows, rustic marble flooring etc… It is fully equipped and very well decorated with quality furniture.
The dwelling has an extraordinary south-facing orientation and a fantastic private sunny terrace with access to the swimming pool. That terrace is undoubtedly the best part of the house and will be the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine and a sunset.
You can access both the dwelling and the entire complex, including the garage, without stairs. It has a lift and 1 parking space.

Large-scale celebrations are not permitted. Only visits from friends and family are allowed. More people than the property's capacity are not permitted to stay overnight in the property.
Smoking and lighting candles inside the property are prohibited.

We stayed in this apartment in early July, and this was our third year returning. Once again, we had a wonderful holiday.
The apartment is spacious, comfortable, with a lovely terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. The location is excellent too – the supermarket is within easy walking distance, so there's no need for a car, and it's just a short stroll to the town centre and the beach.
The Solhabitat staff are always pleasant and helpful and we always enjoy our stay here and we're already looking forward to returning again!
We always enjoy staying at this apartment, and the location and overall feel of the property are the main reasons we keep returning. It's in a great setting and continues to provide a comfortable base for our holidays.
There are, however, a few areas that would benefit from some modernisation, particularly the terrace furniture and flooring, which would make the outdoor space even more enjoyable and in keeping with the style of the apartment.
The air conditioning still has a noticeable cigarette smoke smell when it's in use, despite us mentioning this during our previous stays. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke from the neighbouring apartment also drifts into the kitchen when the window is open.

Excellent location close to town centre and beaches. Good sized apartment and lovely large terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Staff at Solhabitat were all very helpful.
