Quiet clean, if you want to “unplug” this is the place.

An absolutely amazing place! The trulli house is beautiful, the atmosphere is wonderful, and everything was perfect. The owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast in the garden was absolutely delicious. A truly beautiful place that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

First of all, I can’t make a review of my stay because I had never made it there due to the very hard communication with the owner. I feel bad for give such rating and have to write this review but since the owner has never replied to me again (2 weeks since my intended stay). I understand most of trulli or masseria stay can be hard to reach by public transport but when I reach to the owner to look for any info and said I don’t even mind to pay for the taxi. I just want to know roughly the price range and if he may have recommendation. First, he only say ‘no. I don’t know’ then he said ‘best I can give the taxi contact that we usually call just in case of necessity’ after that NOTHING until next day all he said is ‘what time is your expected arrival’. Since this is non-refundable booking, it did frustrate me how the owner which I expect to know better of local surroundings didn’t show much effort to help or give any more info. I thought it’s a language problem but I’ve tried google translate and even asked for my other local host to help talk in Italian, I asked if he would be so kind to maybe try to refund even just a bit (after seeing his least effort to help me to get there) but he only said I’ll see what I can do then no more reply. I just wished there was better communication and professionalism from the host side.
