We were very happy with our stay! The place is fantastically located, within walking distance of everything in Ortigia. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we found everything we needed.
The staff were extremely helpful and happy to assist with all our questions and requests — and we had quite a few! :)
Breakfast was very good. We would have appreciated a few more vegetables, but that’s probably just our Polish eating habits. Everything else was great — the coffee was perfect, and the cornetto with Nutella was absolutely amazing!
We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
Just two things to improve/suggestions - wifi on the 1st floor wasn't ideal, cups and kettle would make this stay top of the top! :)

Great location, spacious room.
No view at all, noisy, smelly room after rain in the night. Basic breakfast but lovely waitress.

The position of the Maison was perfect, with a view over a quiet square and it colony of charming cats , all the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was very generous and lady who served it was extremely charming.
There was absolutely nothing to criticize.

Location, room size
Hotel was based in residential block. Front door slammed all night very disturbing. Mattress had body shapes in it, very uncomfortable. No kettle, safe, balcony. Sewer smell. Most bulbs in the light sockets didn't work. View over a moldy courtyard. Curtains didn't cover the window space. Wanted to leave, very disappointed after all our research
