It was exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable bed, small kitchenette, reasonable price with easy access to local transport and shops nearby. It was clean and the staff were all very friendly.
A small negative was that the street sounds were still fairly audible even though we were on the 4th floor. There was also a loud noise from the bathroom every now and then which woke me up a few times. Both were easily minimised by keeping window and bathroom door closed at night and didn't detract from my stay.

Clean, comfy, quiet. Good value for money. Location is not bad, 10 min walk to the metro station
The broken kettle was a bit underwhelming but we asked for the substitute and it worked.

The property was clean and close to public transport. Train station 2 mins walk. Bus and metro close by as well. Easy to get to Disney and Paris centre. Staff friendly at reception.
The area in which the hotel is located is a bit run down with a lot of people hanging around the street and we were approached outside the train station a lot by people asking for money.
