Location is amazing- less than 5 minutes walking to Notre Dame so we were first visitors in the morning avoiding all the queues. Great food market and bakeries just around the corner literally. Metro station directly in front of the hotel (although we never used it and always walked to Louvre, Orsay and other important locations because they are quite close). Bathroom newly renovated, lovely walk in shower. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Nice view from the window. They offer daily housekeeping if requested. Staircase is the beautiful feature of the hotel. Staff very kind and helpful. It is not common to have kettle and cups in the hotel room in France but luckily hotel provided us with hot water and cups on request. Electric heater keeps the room warm. Overall we are very pleased and would happily stay again.
Dust on the wall panels and inside light shades near the bed- easily accessible and very visible places. It didn’t affect our positive impression from the hotel, I just think it’s easy to fix if mentioned here.

Very friendly helpful people on reception. I checked in at about 9pm and it was all fine. You're not allowed to take the key out with you but if you come back late, you just ring the bell and someone lets you in and gives you your room key. My room was, as expected, small, as it was a single one. I had my own shower and WC. It was all very clean. I just stayed one night and it was perfect. Great location too.
Nothing negative. I hadn't realised I would need to pay a "taxe de sejour" but that wasn't a lot. I paid as I checked in.

Great location, quiet, polite staff.
Wifi booster was in the bathroom and there was barely a signal in the bedroom. Floor was sunken in the hallway near the bathroom and I think there were critters in the walls.
