It was very clean and organized. The room smells good.
Everything is perfect. Hoping that the bidet will improve.

I would urge everyone to stay at Hotel Cestelli, simple for Alessio and Asumi, who are exceptional hosts! They are so well-versed in Florence and Tuscany- their recommendations helped improve our experience greatly!
The property is more of a homestay, rather than a fancy hotel, which is exactly what makes it so special!
The room was tastefully decorated, and was super comfortable.
They do not have a common kitchen, but gave us a water kettle, and some glasses, and plates for the room. You really do not need a kitchen in a city like Florence!
The building has a small elevator, which is really helpful if you are carrying heavy suitcases.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my three years in Europe. Its location is excellent—just a 12-minute walk from the train station and within walking distance of many major attractions. The rooms are spotlessly clean; although the bathroom is shared, it caused no inconvenience whatsoever. The owner is constantly cleaning, ensuring everything remains pristine. We arrived at 10:00 PM, and the owner was there waiting for us—we are truly grateful for that. They also offer luggage storage after checkout. The hotel features a charming, vintage European style that we absolutely loved. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The location was great. Just a few minutes walking distance from some of the main attractions. Very quiet at night (except for other guests opening doors). The staff were friendly and helpful.
