Fabulous location and hotel with roof top restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean and coastline. Easy to walk everywhere. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Lovely small comfortable hotel overlooking the Old Port beach. The roof terrace (bar/restaurant), in particular, has a fantastic view. All the staff were friendly and efficient.
As there were no taxis at Biarritz station we particularly appreciated the instructions in an email telling us how to use public transport to get near the hotel.
The room and terrace were smaller than we expected, given its price - but - this is Biarritz! Otherwise everything was fine.

Everything!! Our room was a very good size. We had plenty of room. We had a great view of the ocean. We could leave the window open and hear the surf all night. And the hotel is close to everything. All of the staff were very friendly.

Very clean and nice
I hated my room. Absolutely no view, just a solid white wall. I couldn’t even see the sky. Very disappointing, since it was expensive, right next to the beach.
