The facilities, staff, food, pool, and everything else were great. Honestly, I can’t think of anything I would change!
I love being surrounded by nature, but I’m a little sensitive to ants. I understand they’re a natural part of the environment, so it’s just a personal preference. The only downside isn’t the distance, but the condition of the road leading to the hotel. I imagine that many private transportation services might be reluctant to drive on that road.

Beautiful scenery, great staff, food was good. Beautiful little hike to a viewpoint on the property and walkable to the Nam Dong waterfall nature park.
Although the property was completely upfront about the distance to town, it was definitely a trek to town and a taxi cost about $30. But if you are looking for a getaway in nature, this is a perfect place.

A little slice of heaven! Everything was fantastic. The steam room, followed by dunk in the pool was sensational - not to be outdone by the massage. Gorgeous fresh air, good food, comfortable rooms and a great swimming pool. Couldn't fault it!

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings.
Really friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
Delicious food at the restaurant.
It is a little out of town, but we loved to relax at Hillside - and afterwards we had two nights in Luang Prabang.
