we didn't book with breakfast but for us at least they give some free coffee in the room , that's what we suggest, but location and cleanliness are good towels changing during you stay :)
no free coffee in the room at least can give some free drinks in one DAY DURING STAY ......

Great location, just 1 min from old city and tram stop. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and good lighting. the shower was powerful. Good value for money. Host was very helpful although limited on site presence meant planning any face to face queries was restricted to mid morning times.. Telephone/whats app contact was available any time.
Excellent wifi in room.
Airport transfer was excellent.
The room we had overlooked the main road and traffic was a bit noisy at times but double glazing helped a lot.

Room was very comfortable. Lady at the front desk super friendly and knowledgeable about the city with many recommendations of what to see and do even extending to other Bosnian cities outside of Sarajevo for me to visit.
Can be slightly noisy at night with trams and nearby bars etc but I slept well.
Reception could be manned slightly more often and luggage storage but there is a place nearby which is cheap for bags anyway.
