The rooms are very small reflecting the age of the property. We were on the top floor which provided the views. Three flights of stairs would be out of the question for most elderly people. I can't imagine trying to get a suitcase up there. The doors are extremely narrow. The hotels shows quite a lot of deferred maintenance as expected in an old hotel on the waterfront.
