Such a beautiful location and property! We were kindly greeted despite our late arrival. The villa is precious and added to the delight of our stay with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the walk around the property, the outdoor space, the views, and olive trees! I love the rustic interior that semblances San Gimignano with the beautiful medieval stone.
Nothing. The pool is cool in October but just a seasonal recognition which makes sense just just to confirm.

Location is great for using as a base to visit surrounding areas. Grounds offer fabulous views. Buffet breakfast is just so-so. Resturant on grounds (about a 10 minute walk) offers fabulous dinner options. Staff was extremely nice and always willing to offer suggestions.
