Breakfast was as wonderful and the neighborhood had lots of restaurants and shops
we had problems with the keys ... one for the door on the street , another for entrance to the area where our room was and a third key to our room

Great location in Monti & loved the recommendation for La Taverna (ate there 3 times). Also loved the gelato shop in the corner.
WiFi was in & out during our stay but they were aware & trying to get it fixed.

Well located in
A quiet and interesting area yet close to all the sights. Lovely rooftop deck. Very nice staff
No coffee in room, air con just barely adequate, we could not get a wifi signal in our room at all, only 1 pillow, no blankets just a sheet.
Breakfast was boring and the same all 4 days we were there, scrambled eggs, bread croissants, deli and cheese. No fruit or cereal

The staff was wonderful. They were very kind, welcoming and helpful. We loved their restaurant recommendations. The included breakfasts were some of the best I have had at a hotel.
