Location fab, staff so lovely especially Michele in the restaurant and all the reception staff. We had a suite with a jacuzzi on the terrace - Hensley amazing. Fridge they restocked daily that was free. We just loved it. Recycling on the floors beside the lifts and great drinks at the bar. We ate at the buffet dinner one night when it was raining and it was good. Breakfast very good. Pool good and we had help finding sunbeds in the sun when we thought they were all taken. Lots of shade around the pool but Sorrento is like that with the hills and valleys. We will return!
More selection of fresh fruit at breakfast but it was really good otherwise. Great gym too but not easy to find and a couple of the machines were out of order.

Really nice staff
Gym access was very strange. I went in the morning through one entrance and left using the same…. Ended up walking into a conference
