We loved this area which was right outside of the main Taormina center. We had a car and parking is on site. We chose to walk into town , even though it is uphill, we liked the exercise. The hotel and proprietors were outstanding. Excellent breakfast.

Good size room, hotel has its own free parking which is a plus in Taormina. Breakfast was good, with nice variety of choices.
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
Location is at the bottom of the town, and you must drive into an Old Town of Taormina for sightseeing.

Off the tourist track, yet close enough to Taormina proper that you can get to a decent parking lot in under 8 min. Great view of the ocean, nice facilities, very clean reception and vast breakfast
Bathroom was too tight, vanity too large, wasteful bide so narrow you could hardly move, while the room itself was long, super weird layout and the loo itself hardly worked. Our neighbors both sides partied until near midnight both nights and the tile floors amplify the noise, manager was on duty 24 hrs but no one said anything to them to be quieter

Mediocre breakfast. Staff isn’t terribly friendly. Although it is supposedly nonsmoking there are ash trays everywhere and the smell of tobacco in common areas. Difficult parking
