Breakfast was charming though pricey. The breakfast room was also very cute. Staff was awesome. The property and room was clean.
The circular stairs with luggage up two flights was very difficult although the front desk gal helped. Room was small with no place to put luggage.

The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well.
The reception was always open and staff were very friendly
No lift - we were given a room on 3rd floor with cases - 60 steps !
Shower was in a high sided bath - not the easiest to navigate
