The corridors and rooms were really clean and smelled great! Our room was cleaned well every other day without us asking.
We contacted the management team about checking in and asked questions regarding the times and nobody cared to check our booking and see the best way to advise us regarding the situation. We had a lot of back and forth with the receptionist that night who was also confused but he eventually fixed our issue. Nobody wants to leave a 4-5hr flight to argue about their booking so definitely not going back there again.
