The location and accessibility is very good.
There's no elevator. I'm a senior citizen and it's quite hard to go up and down the stairs.
There was no coffee shop in the hotel.

Ambience is good, alot of watchable channels in their tv, and it's near gaisano
TV is small and is not as advertised (supposed to be 32"), The blanket is really dirty with visible stains. The toilet door needs fixing.
