We enjoyed this spacious condo and the quiet surrounding area for a late summer visit. Just a few minutes walk to the Matterhorn bus stop and the paved Gore Creek path. We had a second floor condo that had a window in the bedroom, which was key for air flow since there was no air conditioning (like many properties in Vail). With the window open, we didn't even need to use the fan that was provided.

Shuttle service was exceptional. The room was well equipped and of a decent size. Liked the beds. Didn't use the pool and sauna but those are great amenities to have. There is also a shower in the lobby, quite useful for skiing on the day of departure.
It wasn't particularly clean. Several things were broken: overhead cooking range light wasn't working (provided by the microwave), oven light wasn't working, dishwasher tablet dispencer wasn't working. The word "Villa" in the room description was misleading. This is technically a condo, not a villa.
