The location is excellent. Easy access to subway lines. 2 mins walk to Laundromats. 6 mins walks to supermarket. 16 mins walk to Akihabara. Food choices are everywhere. The most loveable thing is that there are 2 bathrooms and toilets in our 1st floor unit. The unit is bright and airy.
The floor needs scrub and clean. It fills with grime and dirt. The unit lacks of shelf space.

Location is convenient with 8 mins walk to subway station. Food choices are everywhere. Host is responsive.
It's too hot on 5th floor if you stay in during the summer heat. Wifi is not steady. No washer and dryer. Floor is not clean.

Lots of room for 4 of us, a double bed for us, double for my son and a futon for my other son. Air conditioning worked fantastic.
The futon did not have bedding so we had to go to a store and purchase additional blankets for my son to sleep with. Location was far from any restaurants, no elevator, and had to walk up 4 floors with luggage.
