The staff was super welcoming , the property has in a very good location and with walking distance to the centre. The size of the apartment was very good and it had all facilities and the provided with option to store our lagguage in a storage room. It had all facilities and was a very pleasant stay . This is a nice, quiet 2 bedroom apartment outside the city center. It has a washing machine which worked well for us and a great amount of closet space. The kitchen and living areas were quite large as were the bedrooms. We wished the bathroom was built larger so we had more counter space, but it was fine. We had 2 balconies and had space outside to hang our clothes. The apartment manager stayed late to show us the apartment and make sure we were all set. One nice thing about this apartment was it comes with your own off-street parking space behind the building. Ahead of our visit, the staff sent us information on different tours we could do (per our request) and had a couple different companies reach out with their pricing and availability. We ended up using Kyriakakis Travel and taking Jeep Safari Chania Tour 1, even though we had a car. This gave my husband a day off driving and took us to places we could not drive to due to the gravel roads (not allowed per the rental car company). Kyriakakis picked us up and dropped us off right outside the apartment which was awesome.
The size of the bathroom counter, but not an issue overall.

We were given a warm welcome by Anna who was amazing during our stay. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped for self catering with servicing every three days. There was a cooker and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge /feeezer, coffee machines, juicer, tv. Ironing facilities and hair dryer. There was a car park with allocated parking.
The AC was efficient and balconies at the back and front meant there was always shade to sit in.
It was about a ten minute walk to the centre and the old town and twenty minutes to the beach.
We were delighted with the apartment and would highly recommend it.
The views are urban not picturesque from the balconies.
