Central location, comfy bed, lots of privacy in each bunk, plenty of toilets and shower rooms.
There's nowhere for the upper bunk guest to put their belongings comfortably and out of the way. Shower rooms need better (deeper) cleaning, not just in the most visible spots.

location near niigata station, facilities are good

Very close to the Niigata Station, basic necessities was provided.
The entrance of lift was very smelly.
The board between each capsule is very thin, so any tiny movements of neighbours can be heard clearly.
