Overall, the property has many very positive aspects. Great location, off-street parking, very clean and presentable property. Good security, good kitchen setup. Gymnasium and outdoor pool available.
There were two areas where the apartment could be improved. Firstly, the bedroom would benefit from proper blackout curtains or blinds, as the morning sunlight comes through quite early. This may suit some guests, but others might appreciate the option of a darker room to enjoy a more restful sleep. Installing blackout curtains would seem to be a relatively simple and straightforward improvement.
Secondly, although the apartment is spacious, the number of chairs, tables and other furnishings makes the space feel quite crowded. A more streamlined arrangement would help maximise the available floor space, improve ease of movement and provide more room for practical needs, such as opening and unpacking suitcases.
With these relatively simple adjustments, the apartment could offer an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
