Room is spacious, clean and good WIFI. Staff were very professional and helpful.
Asked for an extension for even just an hour for even just 1 of the 3 rooms we had. They did not accommodate. I don't think the resort was full.

We were comfortable during our stay. The staff were accommodating. The place was very clean. The food were delicious.
The pool was under maintenance, however, we were allowed to use the big pool in the other sister hotel.

The rooms are decent but definitely needs updating especially the pool. The breakfast was sooo delicious we also had lunch at the hotel and we were not disappointed.
There were ants in our bathroom sink when we returned from our excursion. I just rinsed them off with water and called it a day. Their sister restaurant is open to air so it can get really hot and muggy.

The hotel is need of updating especially the pool area. Lots of beds broken and not comfortable. We had specifically booked due the photos of the pool area and wanting to relax.
