The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The location of the hotel is excellent, quite central, and right next to the metro and tramway. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as drugstores and a small supermarket.
In terms of facilities, I wouldn't exactly describe this hotel as four-star, maybe 3.5. Did not have their breakfast so I can't speak for its quality, but there is no swimming pool or sauna, and the fitness center is extremely basic. I'm not sure if the price per night was entirely justified.
On my first night there, the fire alarm went off at 8 pm as a "test". There were also several minutes-long lightouts in my room. Maybe it had something to do with the renovations that were happening nearby. The mattresses were also rock hard, and if nearby guests decide to slam their room doors, you will hear (and feel) it quite well. There are also some recent traffic changes in the area next to the hotel, so not all taxis will be willing to pick you up directly from the hotel.
