Most of the amenities and service is good
The dog smell in our room. I understand it's a dog friendly hotel, which is great, but it should also be human friendly for those without dogs. Also the spa was really dilapidated with broken tiles, cracked glass, rusty spa etc. Also the pillows were truly awful, weird bean bag things.
