Well located for all the places we wanted to see and opposite Mathewson Garage and close to Eden Camp, two of the places we visited. The staff were helpful, and any issues we had were sorted out quickly, nothing was too much trouble. In the evening the bar was busy early on after work but less so later in the evening so it wasn’t noisy in the room. The locals were friendly and welcoming.
Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. There are a few things that need to be fixed but nothing that spoiled our stay.

The character of the old inn building at the heart of the village, with its range of individual shops, and the motor museum. Cooked breakfast was very good although cereal and toast were lacking. Plenty of parking.
Breakfast was a bit later than we generally would like, although on this visit we were relaxing and the time was fine.

Met my expectations. Booked very last minute, and everything was ready when we arrived.
Breakfast was good.
Dinner was good.
friendly staff and locals. Nice parking for my Motorbike out of view of the main road.
Room was nice and had everything we needed.
If your doing a motorcycle tour around the local area. its ideally placed for all the good roads.

Location
Cleanliness, no hot water in a morning until we informed them. No food in evening as chef was on holiday but hadn’t been notified by Booking.com or the venue
