Spacious holiday villa with fenced private pool and an 800 m² plot in Calpe, with capacity to accommodate up to 14 people. Featuring 250 m² of living space spread over two floors, it offers seven bedrooms and five full bathrooms, making it ideal for large family or group holidays just 400 metres from the cove and 650 metres from the sandy beach.
INTERIOR
The property spreads its rooms across two floors:
GROUND FLOOR
Features a cozy living-dining room equipped with a breakfast bar, satellite TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the covered terrace by the pool. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and its own air conditioning unit. The sleeping area on this level consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with a double bed, individual air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower tray.
- A second bedroom fitted with a double bed and individual air conditioning.
This floor offers a second full independent bathroom equipped with a shower tray.
TOP FLOOR
Houses five additional bedrooms, all equipped with individual air conditioning:
- A third bedroom fitted with a double bed and air conditioning.
- A fourth bedroom fitted with a double bed and air conditioning.
- A fifth bedroom fitted with a double bed, individual air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower tray.
- A sixth bedroom fitted with two single beds and air conditioning.

We are a group of 9 male cyclists and hired the villa in Sept 21.
It met all our expectations and the location was great for cycling.
We made use of the secure on road garage to store our bikes.
The villa was very clean and well equipped and the pool was excellent too. We would definitely stay here again.
