Lovely location. Staff so helpful, especially Irene on reception. She is a credit to your company.
The restaurant was too crowded for breakfast. So many people that it is quite dangerous. Someone spilt hot coffee over my leg because there was no room to move.

Location and very spacious
The length of time it took to check in. 2 staff at reception is nowhere enough.
