Nuremore Estate

This hotel is totally underestimated in my opinion. From first entry into the lobby which was beautiful and so inviting. We were then dealing with an exceptional and professional receptionist who was so friendly and helpful (I think Paula was her name). We were given a booking for the restaurant for 6.30 (we only arrived at 6.10). We then went to our lovely and spacious room which was spotless and decorated to perfection. unfortunately we couldn't get the heating working but we reported this to Paula on our way to the restaurant who immediately sent someone up to check while we had our food. We had to change rooms as it turns out there was a problem with the heating due to works in that area of the hotel but we were even more impressed with the beautiful room we were moved to. The food in the bar /restaurant was fabulous, and again, the serving staff could not do enough for us and kept checking was everything satisfactory or if we needed anything else. We have stayed in what was considered 4 star and even 5 star hotels in the past and I can honestly say that they did not meet the standards of the staff in the Nuremore. We will definitely be returning again through choice and not business the next time. Well done to this hotel staff for making it such a pleasant experience!

I could not fault a thing... Absolutely fabulous!

The location of the hotel is very good, it’s not in the town, but a bit outside. Green lawns, golf courses and a lovely lake which you can see out of the hotel windows make a very favourable impression. The room was quite spacious, with all necessary facilities and the bed and linen were new and exceptionally clean.

Some of the pieces of the furniture were not new and a bit run down.

the pool is lovely and the staff there were great- so helpful and friendly reception staff lacked basic knowledge - how to access the pool via lifts bar staff and food service staff were very nice and friendly warm friendly atmosphere

Nice setting

The bar restaurant too bring too many big screen TVs and food should be of a higher quality for this location
