The hotel is a beautiful old palace with antiques and old photos everywhere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I highly recommend it if it's your first time in Jaipur. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful.
Service was a bit slow at times. Otherwise, there was nothing major, and I would happily stay again.

Stunning architecture and decoration. Small pool with a few sun-beds but pleasant enough.
We were kindly upgraded and our room was gorgeous. Bed comfortable. Good wi fi. Good air con. Plenty of hot water but you do wait for it! Kind helpful staff. Evening entertainment. Safe area of Jaipur. Also great massage and pedicure. Recommend. Would return.
We loved that there were women serving in the restaurant which is a rarity in India but perhaps you could let them wear trousers and shirts of a better colour. They looked like they were in the army.
The food was tricky . The buffets were adequate but limited to local taste. Especially if you don't eat gluten. Dislike strong spices. Want to avoid salt. Or trying to reduce carbs.
Our second night they tried very hard to make it better and it was so much better so thank you for that.....lovely helpful staff.

The heritage property was well maintained and the art work is beautiful.
Bedside lamp was difficult to switch off as the lamb had no switch off so had to stretch down behind the table to switch off.
The towels were dirty and provided no tissue in the room.
The breakfast was too disappointing for the Rs 20,000 stay/ night. Had very few choices and had coffee machine which served very cold coffee.
I didn’t feel the place was value for money other than the traditional decor. The spa was supposed to be open at 9 and I waited and then they told that it won’t be open till 10am. The service was not great.
