The Riad is beautiful and tucked away from the busy streets of Marrakech. Marwa and Mohammed were extremely kind and helpful with our stay. They gave us great advice and did everything possible to make our stay amazing. There is a Hammam (black soap scrub) and massage services on the premise. The breakfast is plated and the best I have had at any hotel. Abdul is very attentive and we felt pampered. Our room was modern, great water pressure in the shower, and comfortable. We could easily walk to the Medina, restaurants, and shopping. I recommend their airport transfer also.

Mohamed and Marwa were super friendly. No request was too much. The breakfast was outstanding, the location right in the medina and the surroundings very peaceful (you could not hear the morning prayer at 6 in the morning :)). I had a massage and enjoyed it very much.

The place is beautiful and the staff is attentive. It's fairly quiet.
The breakfast is basic. The location is at the side of the Medina down a 5-10 minute deadend walk.
At least one of the deluxe suites does not have the advertised fireplace. Instead it had a roll away radiator. The bathroom was tiny / crammed. The "seating area" is two small armchairs beside the bed. There is nothing suite like about this room. It's just a 20 something square meter room.
