El recorregut que s'ha de fer per arribar a la platja

Amazing, peaceful, and safe area surrounded by nature, with lovely cats and chickens around. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and, in my opinion, the best and longest beach on the island. The stars at night are absolutely amazing! We also had great communication with the reception, who were very helpful and quick to solve any issues. When we had an electricity shutdown, apparently caused by the boiler, they sent an electrician the very next morning to fix the problem. They also kindly arranged delivery of a warm blanket for us. Well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking.

The apartment did have quite a lot of ants. They did not bother us too much, although they were constantly attracted to and getting into our food. We were aware that there was no washing machine, but we were not prepared for there being no basic bathroom supplies, such as soap or shower gel. There was also no warm blanket or AC heating, which was a little uncomfortable given the cooler nights. However, the staff were very helpful and promptly provided a warm blanket. There was also a small TV, but it had no signal. But again, we did not really use it, so this was not an issue for us.

The whole apartment smelled musty at all times. I opened the doors windows etc. . I cleaned up every day. I emptied my rubbish. The toilet only flushed 3 times in 7 days. I had to use a pot and water. Even after the maintenance man. The fridge on the outside of it had rust spots all over. And by end of week the whole fridge was wet on every shelf. All my food was wet. I didn't leave door open. The shower could only be used by holding it in hand. Outside light bulb had to be replaced on 1st day. I've stayed with the company 3 years ago in zone 3. The apartment was more modern and fresh. I was a solo traveller ... I booked in May. So at start of season or so. The staff at reception said the complex was so busy etc because of The horse festival etc in main..but the pool was empty most days. And after speaking to regular travellers I was told that the apartment were not fully booked. I do think if I was with my husband or even a few family I would have had different experiences. . . Even though I paid over 730 for apartment in sept by myself I was treated differently. I won't be using menorcarentaos again
