Clean, professional staff. The best onsen ever in Japan. Spacious rooms and lounges.Great easy parking and access. Fine on site dining good value.
The setting is not in the countryside as envisage but in a retail parcel area. Private though.

Amazing resort, exceptionally friendly staff, and the baths were also superb.
We found out that the meal I booked via bookings were not included in the price. If that was due to my mistake, or that it was not noted on the offer, I cannot remember.
But that is a negligible point.
