About this apartment rental
Luxury front-line apartment with excellent facilities. Fully air conditioned, highly appointed with marble floors throughout. Free high speed fibre wifi broadband. New Samsung smart TV in multiple languages, Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, plus blue ray player. Larger than average, end terrace with use of garden. Large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Twin bedroom and family bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent clubhouse with restaurant and bar a short walk away. Wonderful views of mountains and Mediterranean sea. You can sit on the terrace and look directly down the coast to Almeria which is 150 miles/250 km away.
There is a large swimming pool immediately behind our apartment. The golf course, tennis court, padel tennis, gym, putting green, table tennis, boules court and pickle ball courts are a short walk away at the clubhouse. Guests need to use cream coloured the fob at the clubhouse to use the gym, golf, tennis, padel tennis courts and pickleball. There may be a small charge for use of some of the clubhouse facilities.

Enjoyed another stay at this apartment, this time on a golfing holiday with my brother. Great location for La Cala Golf, only a 10 minute drive and 15 minutes down to La cala de Mijas. Check in & check out seamless and very straight forward. All necessary amenities provided in the apartment, very comfortable beds and great bathrooms and showers. As always great communication from Alix, all in all another excellent stay at this lovely apartment. Thank you Alix.

This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment this time with my wife (the first time with my brother on a golfing holiday) & we had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The location is excellent, a fifteen minute drive to La Cala De Mijas and only 10 minutes to La Cala golf. The pool area is lovely with a large and clean pool and plenty of sunbeds. Check in & check out were very straight forward. All in all, a very enjoyable holiday experience. Thank you Alix.

My husband and I stayed for a month in Alix's lovely apartment in the hills above Marbella. It's part of the El Soto urbanisation which has great facilities - a 9 hole golf course, tennis & padel courts, a very well equipped gym & a large pool just seconds from the apartment - all of which guests can use for free. There's also has a Clubhouse which serves good food - breakfast, lunch & dinner - or just drinks if you want. It's only a short walk from the apartment & very useful since other restaurants are a drive away. In fact a car is essential for getting about but the nearest shops, restaurants & beaches are only about a 10 minute drive & Marbella/Puerto Banus - where there's everything you could want - are only about 20 minutes away. Alix's apartment was very comfortable - 2 spacious bedrooms & 2 large bathrooms (both with natural daylight) which was great when our son & girlfriend joined us for a week. There's a separate utility room with a washing machine and a big kitchen. Some of the utensils & other kitchen equipment could do with being replaced but it was basically fine for our needs. The master bedroom is really big with a very comfortable bed! Fench windows lead on to an extension of the main terrace so one can sit out in the morning with a cuppa! The main part of the terrace was perfect for mealtimes or just sitting looking at the gorgeous view over the hills and beyond to the sea. Excellent communication with the host. Overall definitely recommended!
