Me gustó todo. Es el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en Japón. El pueblo es súper tranquilo, el hotel es súper encantador, la habitación huele a calma y paz (a tatami). El personal es muy amable, la comida es buenísima, el onsen es fantástico y además te puedes hacer tus propios exfoliantes. Tienen una zona de bienvenida para que puedas tomarte un té y las habitaciones son súper acogedoras. Han sido los días más relajantes de mi viaje. Volveré seguro en un futuro.

Absolument tout était parfait: le personnel attentif, la localisation, le ONSEN, les chambres avec Tatami et Yukata pour descendre aux bains. Le menú du restaurant était délicieux, le petit déjeuner Japonais excellent! J’ai même eu un menu aménagé sans gluten 🙏🏻. Les communs sont décorés avec goût et simplicité. Téléphérique et maison de la montagne a pied depuis l’hôtel…

We like the location in the breakfast. Other than that, the property was very uncomfortable for us. there were no western chairs in the rooms. And I think this is something important that future guests need to know.

No, it’s not a lot of room for storage. Not many flat surfaces.
It is a very Japanese style room, which is fine, but very uncomfortable for me
